n AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

Stay two consecutive weeks and save 10%: three weeks 20%: four weeks or longer 30%. Repeat guests receive an additional 10% discount on their rental rates.

A 5% service charge will be added to each rental in lieu of gratuities for the greeting and housekeeping staff. Service charge is added to the first week’s undiscounted rate only.

n OPTIONS:

Central air conditioning may be requested at time of booking at the following supplements: Two or three bedrooms €150 per week; four bedrooms €195 per week; six bedrooms €295 per week; seven bedrooms €345 per week. Minimum of one week advance notice and prepayment are required to activate systems. Central heating, when needed, is included during the winter months.

n DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

A deposit of 20% of the total rental is due within five (5) working days after reservation is confirmed.  Final payment is due 60 days before arrival.  Failure to make final payment on time will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all payments.   If reservation can be reinstated, there will be a 1/2% per day surcharge for late payment.  Cancellations received before final payment date are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the deposit.  There are no refunds after final payment unless accommodations are resold at equal or higher rate, in which case a fee equal to 25% of the funds paid will be assessed.

You may charge your accommodations on your Visa or MasterCard or Discover through PayPal with 3% surcharge. . American Express has a 5% surcharge. Note: PayPal is charged in Euros and deposited to our Sitges bank account.
