Balmins and Aiguadolc Beaches are only twenty minutes on foot and Sitges is 15 minutes away by public transportation or self-drive.
Important: Levantina home is not recommended for guests who cannot manage steps since it is built on four levels. Children under 8 and pets are now allowed.

A fee of €100 for reservation and normal departure cleaning fee is extra.
Included luxuries: Quality linens, towels, and start up supplies such as cooking spices, bathroom soap, washing machine soap, and toilet paper. Fully-equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, blender, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, stove, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, iron & board, dish washer. A local English-speaking representative will meet guests upon arrival and will be available for emergencies during guests' stay.
Reservations require a 50% deposit within 5 days of confirmation. Balance is due upon check-in along with €500 security deposit. Security deposit will be returned upon check-out and it is established there is no damage to the property.
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom and another with shower and toilet), terrace and sun deck, a master bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two upper beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 guest. Heating is available in winder and air-conditioning is available in each of the bedrooms and the living room for 125 Euros per week.
